The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) proposed a number of refinements to the regulation of therapeutic goods. Osteopathy Australia's recommendations included: that the TGA should require plagiocephaly helmets be subject to inclusion on the ARTG as a medium risk medical device for redirecting the growth of a baby, infant or young child’s skull; and that the TGA should exclude clinical foot orthoses from ARTG registration and ARTG registration exemption applications.

The team provided additional feedback on the NDIS Amendment Bill 2024 to the Community Affairs Legislation Committee.
On 8 May 2024, the team attended an in-person National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) community catch-up in Sydney. Bill Shorten, Minister for NDIS and Rebecca Faulkner, CEO of NDIS, attended the catch-up and answered various questions from the audience about the NDIS reforms.
