This module provides an overview of your roles and responsibilities under territory-based requirements when providing rebated services to clients injured in a workplace in the ACT. Participant members will learn about:

  • Policy and process requirements when treating injured workers in the ACT compensation scheme

  • How to establish compliance or remain compliant with ACT requirements to uphold your participation and good standing within the workers' compensation scheme
