About Course

This course aims to provide an overview of the roles and responsibilities under state-based requirements when providing rebated services to injured clients in Queensland. Participant members will learn about:

  • Policy and process requirements when treating injured workers in the Queensland workers' compensation scheme

  • How to establish compliance or remain compliant with Queensland state requirements to uphold your participation and good standing within the workers' compensation scheme.
