Osteopathy Australia: Mentor training

Mentoring is an excellent development opportunity. While mentees benefit from the advice, guidance, and encouragement of someone more skilled; you get to develop your coaching skills, increase your influence, and gain a sense of personal satisfaction from taking a mentee under your wing. The modules in this course will take you through the basics of mentoring, the skills and knowledge required to be an effective mentor, and how to make the most of your mentoring relationship.
