This module builds on the content in modules one and two but shifts the focus to understanding how osteopathic practice can meet the needs of participants in the NDIS. It does so by providing a closer look at the different roles an osteopath may be required to take on to support current and potential NDIS participants.
A key focus is encouraging you to consider the differences in how you identify and describe client needs and the importance of recognising differences in language, philosophy and clinical approach that underpin disability practice.
