Abstract submission guidelines
- All
fields marked with an asterisk must be completed.
- The
presenter and the author must be the same person.
- The
author is responsible for the accuracy of the abstract.
- Clinical
practice abstracts must have action/implementation guidelines for clinical
ideas/methods.
- The Speaking
Engagement Agreement forms part of the conditions that selected
presenters are bound by.
- Organisers
will not be providing speakers with free conference registration.
- The
acceptance of an abstract does not imply the provision of travel,
accommodation, or registration for the conference, nor any costs
associated with attendance at the conference.
- You
must email a copy of your presentation, which may be distributed to
conference attendees, to [email protected] by no later than 18
September 2026.

conflict of interest must be declared. If accepted for presentation, the

abstracts will be reviewed by the Abstract Committee and assessed on the
scientific merit and professional relevance provided in the submission. If
there is insufficient detail or clarity in the abstract, it will be
rejected.
- The Abstract
Committee’s decision is final.
- Authors
who make a presentation that contains material that was not included in
the accepted abstract submission will be omitted from the Conference
program for a period of three years henceforth.
