Osteopathy Australia’s Shark Bay Tour prize Terms and Conditions

The prize:
Twelve participants will have the chance to experience the Tropical Reef Snorkel, swimming among tropical marine life in a stunning reef lagoon (approximately 20 minutes).
At the same time, their family members or colleagues can enjoy the Shark Bay Tour (approximately 60 minutes), with the opportunity to watch the snorkel experience unfold and see tropical fish, rays and sharks from behind panoramic viewing windows.

1. Draw date
The prize draw will take place on Monday 3 August 2026.

2. Draw mechanics
2.1 On Monday 3 August 2026, three eligible members will be randomly selected to receive the Tropical Reef Snorkel prize.
2.2 Each winner will be asked whether accompanying family members or colleagues will attend the experience. Each winner will have the opportunity to take three other people, family members or colleagues, with them on the Tropical Reef Snorkel experience.
2.3 If a winner advises that one or more accompanying family members or colleagues will not attend, the winner will retain their prize. Osteopathy Australia may draw additional eligible members and their family members until a total of twelve (12) Tropical Reef Snorkel participant places have been filled.
2.4 Winners must confirm their ability to attend the experience at the scheduled date and time. If a winner is unable to participate, Osteopathy Australia reserves the right to redraw the prize and award it to another eligible member.

3. Notification
Winners will be notified by phone and email using the contact details held by Osteopathy Australia and may be announced on Osteopathy Australia's social media channels and other promotional materials.

4. Prize value 
The prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, refund or any other substitute prize.

 5. Prize transfers 
A winner may transfer their prize to another current Osteopathy Australia member, subject to Osteopathy Australia's prior approval and provided the substitute participant meets all eligibility requirements of Sea World and Osteopathy Australia.

6. Participation requirements
Participants must satisfy all applicable Sea World eligibility requirements, including age, health and swimming requirements, and must complete any waivers, indemnities or other documentation required by Sea World before participating. See the separate link for the Sea World waiver.

7. Prize date
The Shark Bay Tour and Tropical Reef Snorkel experience must be taken on Sunday 18 October 2026 at the time scheduled by Sea World. The anticipated tour time is 7:30am–8:45am, however this is subject to change by Sea World.

8. Publicity 
By accepting the prize, winners consent to Osteopathy Australia using their name, image and photographs relating to the prize experience for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Eligibility
Entry is open to current Osteopathy Australia members who have purchased a conference ticket by 11:59pm on Sunday 2 August 2026.

Participation in the competition is subject to both these Terms and Conditions and the Sea World Waiver.
