Cancellation of membership
Osteopathy Australia memberships may be cancelled during a current membership cycle.
Please note that no refunds are provided for cancelled memberships, in accordance with our membership terms and conditions.
If you wish to cancel your membership during a cycle, or if you have questions about your membership status,
please contact us on 1800 467 836 or email your request to

Quarterly instalment members
If you pay by quarterly instalments and wish to cancel your next quarter’s invoice (and your membership), please notify Osteopathy Australia in writing at least 14 days prior to the next payment due date.
Payment due dates are:
- Qtr 1 – 2 June
- Qtr 2 – 2 October
- Qtr 3 – 2 January
- Qtr 4 – 2 April
Downgrading your membership
If your circumstances change, you may be eligible to downgrade your membership category instead of cancelling.
Where a credit is due, it will be applied to your Osteopathy Australia account and may be used for
future membership or other invoices. Please note that credits are not refundable.
