Workplace scenarios - Communication skills

Inspired from an issue raised by OA member, Jena Chang, this webinar will look at the communication strategies you can use to manage these scenarios that individuals encounter on a day to day basis in the workplace. This webinar will be the first in a series regarding dealing with patient scenarios. 

About Peter

Peter has worked for over a decade at all levels of the education industry as a teacher, department head and consultant. In that time, he has had to deal with several scenarios involving difficult students and stakeholders. His experiences have enabled him to develop a range of communication techniques to manage these scenarios across a wide range of industries. Peter's presentation is part of a series dealing with patient scenarios.
