Andrea uses a variety of hands-on techniques such as soft-tissue release, joint mobilisation, joint manipulation, visceral manipulation, cranial osteopathy & Trigger Point Dry Needling. Andrea has done extensive post-graduate training in Visceral Osteopathy, also called Visceral Manipulation, as well as Cranial Osteopathy. Andrea also offers Naturopathy & Nutrition appointments, where she loves the challenge of complex conditions, including digestive issues, fatigue, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome/hypermobility & infertility. Andrea was a professional dancer for 12 years, working overseas at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, Son Amar in Spain & Carnival Cruises in the USA. Andrea treats many dancers and conducts pre-pointe and dance fitness assessments for dancers of all ages. Through this, she advises dancers on Pilates-based exercise programs to improve technique & strength.
