Part-time and full-time Osteopath required for busy clinic in Dubbo, NSW

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Osteopath to join our busy practice in Dubbo! Working at Cultivate you will be part of a collaborative, friendly environment where you can grow as a practitioner.

Our clinic is currently located within the Red City CrossFit Gym in Dubbo, however we will soon be moving to a new premises with two treatment rooms, a gym space and reception area. The new space is connected to an established Pilates and Exercise Physiology studio. We have an excellent referral relationship with local GPs and other allied health practitioners.

What we are looking for
We are looking for 1-2 osteopaths to join our clinic in Dubbo. We place an equal emphasis on manual therapy, movement education and rehab and are focused on providing personalized care that empowers our patients.

Working in Dubbo provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience treating a wide range of clients, as well as honing your clinical skills in your area of choice. You will most likely become very busy, very quickly as we are the only osteopathic clinic in the region and see patients from as far away as the NSW-QLD and NSW-SA border. Scholarships are available for further study through the Rural Doctors Network in areas of need in the community, such as women’s and children’s health.

Dubbo is a major regional centre in the Central West of NSW, home to a diverse population of people from many different cultural and professional backgrounds. The region boasts beautiful parklands, a river and one of the largest zoos in Australia. There are some great cafes and restaurants, a farmer’s market and no shortage of outdoor activities or sports to enjoy on your weekends! You can also enjoy a hike nearby in the picturesque Warrumbungles, or drive to Mudgee or Orange for a delightful food and wine weekend.

1. Full-time Osteopath
2. Part-time Osteopath (minimum 2-3 days a week)

Both new graduates and experienced osteopaths are welcome to apply.

Pay structure
Subcontractor position, with percentage determined by experience level and clinical skillset. Super and worker’s compensation insurance paid in addition to regular pay.

Start date:
Anytime from September 2025.
