The Communications and Marketing Working Group plays a key role in promoting and strengthening the profile of osteopathy across Australia. Our members bring their clinical expertise and passion for marketing, public relations, digital media and strategic communication to help elevate osteopathy’s presence both within the association and externally.
Tara is an osteopath with a strong passion for promoting the benefits of osteopathy to the wider public. With experience in managing social media accounts for osteopathic clinics, she brings valuable insight into digital content strategy and audience engagement. Tara is passionate about bridging the gap between osteopathy and general practitioners to enhance public awareness of the profession. You’ll find her at the gym, playing soccer, or enjoying music with friends and family when she's not in the clinic.
Toby graduated from the British School of Osteopathy and, before moving to Australia in 2022, was part of the BSO teaching faculty and a visiting lecturer in the Master of Advanced Physiotherapy program at the University of Hertfordshire. He has a particular interest in chronic and persistent pain and rehabilitation. Toby continues to complement his clinical work by engaging in research and teaching, recently publishing in the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine, and has previously sat on the Editorial and Educational Advisory Group, guiding the professional development of osteopaths in Australia.
Adam completed his Masters in Osteopathy in 2008 and has since dedicated himself to addressing a range of conditions, primarily focusing on children, pregnancy-related issues, and acute and chronic conditions. As the Director and Principal Osteopath at InTouch Health Co., he also serves as a presenter and tutor for osteopathic university students, lectures for community and allied health groups, and collaborates with local sports and dance organisations. Adam is an active member of the association, having previously contributed to the Education and Editorial Committee, aiding in the professional development of osteopaths nationwide. Beyond his professional endeavours, he enjoys playing representative Oz-Tag and spending time with his family.
