SIRA has been recently consulted various stakeholders for their feedback on the draft State Insurance and Care Governance Amendment Regulation 2022 which supports the amendments made recently to the State Insurance and Care Governance Act 2015.
Osteopathy Australia welcomed this opportunity to be able to state some of our concerns over the legislative powers that allows SIRA to be able to direct service providers to take specific actions, provide specific services or to not provide some or all relevant services to SIRA patients.
