- By registering for a workshop and seeking to attend the event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Applicants must register for the workshop using the processes established by the event organiser click here
- Registrations and payments must be received by the event organiser before any advertised close off time.
- Registrations in person on the day of a workshop, may not be available without the event organiser being notified and authorisation given. Payment must be received in full by the event organiser before a prospective participant can join a workshop .
- Workshop places are allocated according to the date that registration and payment are received by the event organiser, unless otherwise indicated in the event advertisement. Advice regarding the number of places remaining in any workshop does not guarantee a place in that workshop.
- No digital or hard copy tickets will be issued to registrants. Registrants will receive an acceptance email and digital a tax receipt. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, please email cpd@osteopathy.org.au
- All information for registrants/participants will be sent electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform the event organiser if they change their email address from the time of their registration.
- By registering on behalf of someone else, you undertake to inform them of these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions received by email post registration.
- The event organiser does not allow registrants to on-sell their registration to another party without prior consent given by the event organiser.
- The event organiser is the only authorised ticket seller for The Perrin Technique workshops held in Australia in November 2025.
- Catering will be provided at the workshops. As such, the event organiser will request from each registrant known dietary requirements. It is the registrant's responsibility to inform the event organiser of known dietary requirements.

Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any consequential loss arising from such changes.
2. Cancellation and refunds
- Except where required by law, the event organiser works off a no refunds policy. However, exceptions to this may arise due to extenuating circumstances.
- Where extenuating circumstances present, a registrant who wishes to withdraw from a workshop must do so in writing and notify the event organiser by emailing cpd@osteopathy.org.au
- Where extenuating circumstances present and a request has been sent to the event organiser requesting a refund, the refund may incur a 25% cancellation fee at the discretion of the event organiser. This is dependent on individual circumstances.
- A registrant who wishes to withdraw may, with prior authorisation given by the event organiser, transfer their registration to another person. However, a member of Osteopathy Australia cannot transfer their registration to a non-member. Transfers of registration void the right to any refund.
- The event organiser reserves the right to cancel a workshop where there is an insufficient number of workshop registrations. Where this is the case, registrants will be refunded the registration cost in full, and no administrative charges will apply. The event organiser will endeavour to give all registrants as much notice as possible, however, in some instances, factors beyond our control may prevent us from giving notice of a workshop being cancelled within a reasonable amount of time.
- If a workshop is cancelled, advice of any known workshop cancellation will made by email to each registrant as soon as practicably possible.
- Where a cancellation may occur on the day a workshop is scheduled, the event organiser will strive to inform all registrants as soon as practicably possible. Notification may be given by phone, email or text message.
- If a workshop is cancelled, the event organiser will allow registrants to transfer their registration to another workshop in one of the other participating capital cities. However, the transfer of registration can only happen where there is availability and prior authorisation from the event organiser is given. If the workshop you have registered for is cancelled and you wish to transfer, please email the event organiser at cpd@osteopathy.org.au
8.1 When a registrant transfers their registration to another workshop, the registrant is responsible for all costs incurred with the transfer. The event organiser will not be responsible for any expenses associated with or because of transferring.
8.2 When a registrant wishes to transfer their registration, the registrant acknowledges that workshop days differ from State to State and cannot be matched with the same days of the workshop being cancelled.
- The event organiser cannot give partial refunds on partial workshop attendance. If a participant is unable to attend all three workshop days, they are to email the event organiser at cpd@osteopathy.org.au for CPD certificate validation purposes. However, no pro rata refunds will be issued.
- If an attendee is unable to attend all three workshop days, they cannot transfer their registration to another person without authorisation given by the event organiser.
- The event organiser is not responsible for any expenses incurred or to be incurred by the registrant where the registrant has travelled to the workshop and the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Participants who wish to record, film or photograph any workshop session or participant, must first seek and receive express written consent from the workshop facilitator and the event organiser. The event organiser may, for promotional purposes, take photos of participants, however, patients will not be photographed.
- The workshop facilitator will ask workshop participants to pair up for the workshop practical sessions. Participants may or may not have a say with who they may or may not want to pair up with.

- The event organiser is not responsible for the loss or condition of any personal belongings owned by a workshop participant. Workshop participants are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
- The event organiser reserves the right to exclude any person or organisation from participating in a workshop. In addition, we may remove any person or organisation from the workshop if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your participation negatively impacts the event or other participants. Workshop refunds may not be honoured where a participant has been asked to leave or is removed.
