Webinar presenters:

Benj Faiman is a former practising osteopath who now helps healthcare professionals grow their online presence and build stronger patient relationships. After graduating from Victoria University in 2021, Benj worked in both Australia and the UK, quickly building a busy practice where he regularly saw over 40 patients a week. While he found success in filling his calendar, he wanted to see more of the patients he truly connected with.

This led Benj to explore how healthcare professionals could better attract and retain patients who are the right fit. That’s when he came across Doctify, a healthcare review platform focused on improving transparency and trust in healthcare. Inspired by its mission, Benj moved back to Australia to join the team. Today, he works closely with clinicians to help them understand how to use patient feedback and online tools to grow their practice. Doctify has since supported over 220 million patients globally, and Benj is proud to be part of a team helping both patients and practitioners make better decisions and build stronger connections.

Nathan Hill leads Doctify Australia as Country Director, bringing deep expertise from his years with the UK team. He launched Doctify in Australia with one clear purpose: to help patients find the best care and support healthcare providers in collecting valuable feedback to deliver patient-centred care.

From supporting individual practitioners, clinics, hospitals, colleges, and associations, he has witnessed firsthand how the power of patient reviews strengthens a practice’s online visibility and reputation. He geeks out on applying tools like sentiment analysis and benchmarking to create a real-time feedback loop of insight and improvement, and all things compliance.
