Short term room renter to cover maternity leave

We are an allied health practice with three osteopaths- all busy- and new patients consistently. We have a spare room while one of our osteos takes maternity leave from December. A great opportunity to work as much or as little as you like, as you will be a sole trader, renting a room. Take a summer holiday to explore Tasmania, and help us out by seeing some patients too.
And we have part time work ongoing if you fall in love with the place like we have.
We would need a December start date for about 4 months.
You would need an ABN and preferably experience working independently.
